PLAZA DEL TORO’s Dim Sum Tapas finale dinner features chef Tommy Habetz of acclaimed restaurants Pizza Jerk and Bunk Sandwiches. Tommy will present a menu in the service style of Dim Sum with tapas inspired by Italy and influenced by his career in kitchens such as Italian restaurant , Joe Bastianich’s Roman trattoria Lupa where he trained with acclaimed chef Paola di Mauro, Tuscan restaurant Lucca, and Portland restaurants LucereGenoa, and Navarre. 

Toro Bravo Inc restaurateur John Gorham, PLAZA DEL TORO chef Michael Kessler, and pastry chefs Ashley Claybaugh and Stephanie Calderon will fill out the Dim Sum menu with additional dishes and desserts to complement Tommy’s menu.

We invite you to join the National Brain Tumor Society and brain tumor survivor, Chef John Gorham (owner Toro Bravo, Inc.) for a wonderful evening and incredible food paired with some of the best Northwest wines. 100% of the proceeds from the ticket sales and auction will go to support the mission of the National Brain Tumor Society, to find a cure for brain tumors, once and for all! Ticket price is $125 which includes a five course meal and a wine pairing from different Northwest wineries with each course.
