Toro Bravo chefs John Gorham and Pat Manning present the opening dinner for the Crested Butte, Colorado Center for the Arts cornerstone fundraising series, Tour de Forks. Tour de Forks brings together food and architectural enthusiasts to visit a variety of private homes and dine on epicurean delights. Dining is an experience, as the hottest trending chefs from Crested Butte and around Colorado showcase their greatest and most creative talents. Homes range from sharp modern décor and design, to idyllic pastoral ranches, to homes that reminisce over our mining heritage with astute use of reclaimed materials. Throughout the Tour you may travel to experience fine French fare, innovative Italian, or a focus on local offerings. Many events feature sommelier paired courses to perfectly complement every delicious morsel.

CHEF IN MY GARDEN
Chef in My Garden is a series of extraordinary dinners created by Portland’s top chefs with outstanding Oregon wineries. The dinners are hosted in stunning private gardens, all to benefit the local nonprofit Growing Gardens. Located in the Southwest hills of Portland, the home of Susan Denman will surely delight with its exquisite garden and the historical charm of her home. In this lovely garden, you will enjoy delicious dishes created by Shalom Y'all and Mediterranean Exploration Company Chef Kasey Mills. Growing Gardens uses the experience of growing food in schools, backyards and correctional facilities to cultivate healthy, equitable communities.
IPNC: PASSPORT TO PINOT
A premier outdoor tasting of International Pinot noir from over 70 Featured Wineries and culinary treats from 15 Northwest chefs, including Bless Your Hearts Burgers' John Gorham. The Passport to Pinot takes place in the beautiful shaded Oak Grove on the historic Linfield College campus in McMinnville, Oregon. This is a unique opportunity to meet some of the world’s finest Pinot noir winemakers at Oregon’s largest outdoor pinot tasting. To maximize personal interaction with each winemaker, the event is split into two sessions. 35 Featured Winemakers will pour for each session and break in the middle for winemaker introductions and surprises. Throughout the event, top-notch Northwest chefs will prepare divine dishes to accompany the unparalleled array of international Pinot noir.
PICKATHON CURATION SERIES
Pickathon, Chef Jason French (owner of Ned Ludd), Kelly Cox from The Original Fare, and Travel Portland are collaborating to put together another year of unique food, music, and drink experiences for this year’s Curation Series. Anyone attending Pickathon can buy a ticket to participate, limited to 75 lucky guests per meal. Each Curation event lasts an hour and a half from start to finish. The event starts with appetizers and drinks from our featured bartender. Next, attendees are treated to an intimate performance by the special guest artist followed by an expanded multi-course meal, and ending with hand-selected tunes by one of our DJ’s. The August 5th Sunday Brunch features food from Shalom Y'all and Mediterranean Exploration Company Executive Chef Kasey Mills and music from Orkesta Mendoza.

The Parr Lumber Great Summer Chef Off Presented by the Safeway Foundation celebrates oregon food, wine and microbrews at a summer farm-to-table event benefiting Harrington Family Foundation's Scholarship-Mentorship Program. Chef Off brings together notable Portland chefs for a BBQ cook- off to benefit HFF’s scholarship recipients on a beautiful 7-acre Sauvie Island farm. St. Jack Restaurant & Bar returns to defend its title of reigning champ with the culinary genius of PLAZA DEL TORO chef Michael Kessler, Pearl Tavern, and Park Kitchen. New this year is a mouthwatering ‘dessert-off’ between Pip’s Original Doughnuts and Kyra’s Bake Shop!

Chefs John Gorham of Toro Bravo, Jody Kropf of Red Hills Market, and Henry Kibit of Sokol Blosser Winery partner to produce a four-course seasonal meal of regional seafood, local meats and produce dramatically prepared over live fire. Specially selected estate and vineyard-designated Erath wines accompany each course for a unique meal celebrating summer.

Bounty of Yamhill County’s signature event at Sokol Blosser Winery features 20 chefs paired with 20 farmers to create a walk-around feast celebrating summer’s bounty. Sip wines from 25 of Yamhill County’s most prestigious producers, while mingling with the winemakers and chefs. Take home a treasure from a 500+ bottle Wall of Wine! Chef John Gorham offer bites from Bless Your Heart Burgers at FEAST's Night Market tasting event alongside 20 chefs from all around the Pacific Rim uniting for a night of adventurous food, drinks, and jump-to-your-feet music.
Chef Kasey Mills offers bites from Shalom Y'all at SMOKED!, Feast’s over-the-top take on the backyard cookout of your wildest imagination. It all goes down at The Fields in the Pearl District, where there’s grass under your feet and the iconic Fremont Bridge providing the backdrop. When the sun dips behind the Forest Park, the glow of giant flaming grills lights the way as world-class chefs serve up the amazing and the unexpected. There’s a noteworthy array of cocktails, fine wines and craft beers to cool it all down, too. It’s every carnivore’s smoky dream sequence—but you’ll be fully awake, wandering from grill station to grill station in a meat-fueled blissful state.

La Ruta PDX, Chef John Gorham, and Aborígens are happy to announce a new food exploration trip around the hidden corners of Catalan and Spanish cuisines. After a first successful tour of the North of the Peninsula Ibérica in 2017, this time they will head South to get immersed into rural Andalusia and the fishing coast of Cadis, where passionate artisans and their amazing products will be waiting.
