For more than a decade, the Oregon Truffle Festival has been the leading voice for a burgeoning American industry as well as an exciting culinary festival that sells out its popular dinners and tasting events year after year. Chef John Gorham is participating in two Truffle Festival events this year. On Saturday, January 28th at John will present Truffle Braised Beef Cheeks with truffled potato cream and “caviars” as the fourth course of the Grand Truffle Dinner alongside Chris Cosentino, Greg & Gabi Denton, Renee Erickson, and Aaron Patrick Adams. Then at 1pm on Sunday, January 28th John will give a 50 minute talk and Q&A at the Eugene Truffle Marketplace. Both events take place at the Hilton Eugene Playwrights Hall in Eugene Oregon.
